In September 2024, our brand-new student accommodation, Winfield Court, will open. Providing both en-suite bedrooms and individual studios for 693 students. Winfield Court is only a short walk to Nottingham Trent university or a short bus ride to University of Nottingham making it the perfect base for your university experience.

Our rooms are designed with student living in mind. With bills included, plenty of storage, dedicated workspace, ensuite bathroom and a small double bed in every room. Opt for an ensuite room and enjoy making friends in the shared living and kitchen area. Or, choose a studio and cook up a storm in your own mini-kitchen – you can even share as a couple at no extra charge!
