Binks Yard will be welcoming Soul, Funk and Reggae royalty for a day to remember this September.
We’re kicking off our soul festival with a Happy Hour hosted by a cultural icon that needs no introduction, the one and only, Don Letts!
Join Don from 2pm to 3pm for discounted cocktails, fizz, beers and an exclusive DJ set.
The Binks Yard restaurant will be open and serving food from 2pm to 6pm for ticket holders.
From 4pm-10pm we bring you an eclectic mix of Soul, Blues, Gospel, Reggae and Funk with this stellar lineup:
Headliner Jazzie B – is world-renowned for spinning the biggest and best Soul, R’n’B, Hip-Hop and Dance classics. The founder of Soul II Soul will be taking the Binks Yard stage for a set you don’t want to miss.
THE ALLERGIES – Bristol’s very own Soul & funk duo with supporting band/vocalist deemed as “True Funk and Soul for the 21st Century” by Craig Charles.
IZO FITZROY – will be providing a captivating blend of Soul, Blues & Gospel, as seen on the Jools Holland Show.
SAM REDMORE AND THE TROPICAL SOUND CLASH ALLSTARS – a ten-piece band with a rare cultural crossover sound, championed on The Giles Peterson Show.
