TERMS & CONDITIONS

-The card must be presented at the time of ordering and before the bill is paid.

-The discount applies to food and drink purchased at Binks Yard only.

-The discount is valid for the cardholder and their guests within the same transaction, for groups of up to 10 people in total, including the cardholder.

-The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher, loyalty reward, corporate discount or special event package unless expressly authorised by management.
-The discount does not apply to ticketed events, private hires, weddings, third-party operated events, charity events, or any products specifically excluded by management.

-The card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products.

-The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom it has been issued.

-Binks Yard reserves the right to request proof of identity when the card is used.

-Lost, stolen, damaged or expired cards may be replaced at the discretion of Binks Yard and may be subject to an administration fee.

-The discount is applied to the final bill before any discretionary service charge is added.

-Binks Yard reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the Friend of Binks Yard scheme, or any individual card, at any time without prior notice where misuse, fraud or breach of these terms is suspected.

-Management reserves the right to refuse the use of the card at its discretion.

-Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
