Binks Yard Soft Launch Offer — Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Validity

  • This offer is valid for dining at Binks Yard from 18 February to 27 February inclusive.
  • The offer is only available on the dates specified and cannot be redeemed outside this period.

 

2. Eligibility & Redemption

  • Guests will receive 50% off their food bill when dining during the promotional period.
  • To redeem the offer, guests must book using the unique link provided upon signing up to the Binks Yard newsletter.
  • The discount is only applicable when the booking is made through this specific link. Bookings made via any other method will not qualify.

 

3. Offer Details

  • The 50% discount applies to food only.
  • Drinks, service charge, and any additional items are excluded from the discount.
  • The offer is valid for dine‑in only.

 

4. Exclusions

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, menu, or discount, including but not limited to the Express Lunch menu.
  • The offer is not valid for private events or for group bookings of over 6.

 

5. Booking & Availability

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Binks Yard reserves the right to limit the number of promotional bookings on any given day.

 

6. General Conditions

  • The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any alternative.
  • Binks Yard reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
  • By redeeming the offer, guests agree to these terms and conditions.

Gift Cards

– The value on a gift card can be used as full or part payment at Binks Yard.

-This gift card cannot be used for Live at Binks ticketed events.

-Any remaining balance can be used on a separate visit, providing the gift card has not expired.

-The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash.

-All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 12 months from the date of purchase OR 12 months from the last top-up date.

-Any remaining balance that is left on the card once it’s expired is forfeited.

-Binks Yard and The Island Quarter development reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
